Yep, that sums them up. I had several friends from Kuwait and Saudi Arabia while in college. They'd party hard and chase women with the best of us. I must say they were all very generous in picking up the costs of our escapades. If their parents only knew that not only were they partying, but also paying for infidels to party with them; they would have been cut off from those monthly money transfers.
