That's an abdication of your responsibilities as a citizen.

Have even seen it being used more in local elections, just last November a local town counsel candidate ran on the platform of getting our town back? Sound familiar?
On single payer, it will happen someday. Will be forced upon the country as a cost saving measure. Simplifying by eliminating options and paper work will save. Now will service be better? Probably not for those who now enjoy the best but for those who don't it will be. So some will lose some gain. The loser will be very vocal and be the main reason why it will take as long as it does.

"CADILLAC" care would likely remain a pay-for option with single payer health insurance.

I could live with it but will America?

In Canada there was a 0,8% surcharge on my taxable income and in Ontario the Family Plan was $54 per month. Here between Medicare and the Supplement we were paying over $11,000 per year. Oh and Single payer negotiates prices with the drug companies.
Would America live with it? Not hardly they have been to well brain washed by Big Pharma.

I for one would love to know the truth how this was allowed to happen and who has been covering up what. The EPA lady that shouldn't have needed to do anything that would make her resign, did, and your POS Governor isn't in prison. Yet

You know, everyone should beware that word 'all.' It can turn most any political statement into bullshit.

The way I see it, I'm 68 years old and every Presidential election that I have voted in has been a choice of the lesser of two evils. But this time a good guy actually has a shot at getting on a major party ticket. As old as I am, that may not happen again in my lifetime, so I look at this as a once in a lifetime chance.

I voted for Nixon.
One of my many sins that I will never be able to atone for.

After much thought I have decided not to vote for any of the "main" party candidates. Libertarian will be getting my vote. Yes I know its as good as throwing my vote away, but least i'll vote..
