As far as I am concerned the most odious part of the OP is the comment that what the band did "illustrates the mindset of the typical leftist." Therein lies the falsity of the post, where a gesture that was condemned by many on the left is held up as typical of the left. It is a wont of this poster to take the most extreme examples and identify them as typical.
My point was that I don't consider Louis Gohmert and his terror babies as typical of the right, but holding him up as typical, because he is a GOP office holder, would probably be more honest than holding up a house band as typical of the left.
With respect to Rush Limbaugh, his stock in trade is offensive descriptions of those with whom he disagrees. Does a woman who identifies an offensive act by a politician deserve to have sophomoric references made to her name any more than a politician has to be introduced by a rude song?
