Colorado AG has charged six people with forging signatures -- including using several dead voters -- in an attempt to get a GOP congressional candidate on the primary ballot last year.

It seems that whenever an actual case of voter or election fraud comes up, it is always Republicans. Always.

It's because the Republican party has become the radicalized party of the "paranoid style of American politics" first described in the seminal paper by Richard Hofstadter in 1964. Belief in conspiracy is a primary facet; the paranoid believe their opponents are indeed rigging everything. This justifies 'counter-rigging' whenever possible. See this write up of the modern paranoids in this piece from last year in The Hill. A quote from that:

Not gonna happen. The MAGA base that's been radicalized won't abandon tRump. The GOP politicians won't do a thing unless the base moves them. tRump's election deniers took a drubbing last election. They can have a come to Jesus all they want but there's a MAGA candidate waiting in the wings to campaign against them.

A federal judge ruled that the defamation and voting rights lawsuit against Dinesh D'Souza, True the Vote, Salem Media, and Regnery can move forward, albeit with some counts dismissed.
