Obama To Un&@!uck Another Bush "Screw Up"

I guess if you bag groceries your employer might call you a container manager and consider you salaried so as to deny you overtime pay. Is there any reason to vote for another Bush?. We are still paying for the last one.

I am sure that this is happening in the fast food industry too. Under CA law, OT is for work performed after 8 hours on regular pay regardless of total hours worked per week. So PT employees will also qualify.
