Why prove anything? I meen really you can drop empirical fact on some people and it doesn't do any good but wast time.

That's how it is with some people they ask you to prove something just so you wast your time doing so. If they want the truth, they want you to prove something, I say prove it's wrong and then maybe it would be worth the energy dealing with them.

Rape doesn't have to do with the marital status of the participants in sexual relations. It has to do with consent - so long as both participants are of age.

Is having an affair with one who is your subordinate an abuse of a position of authority? Yes. Is it rape? No. The latter is criminal. The former is not, although it could create civil liability.
