I have a hard time hating anyone just try and move on. I just ignore them and they seem to go away.

I pretty much feel they will all have such high blood pressure after the election and stress coming from the results they will hopefully implode!


On a side note, Rush's topic yesterday I believe was something to the effect Liberal's hated the Right more then Militant Muslims. Can you believe that??? I could only take a couple of minutes before enough was enough.

Yes, Barney, I can believe it. I think part of what's operating with people like Limbaugh is plain old projection. A lot of people on the far right, the ones Limbaugh connects with, hate Liberals as much as they hate militant Islamists. They see us in pretty much the same light as people whose goal, though through different means, is to destroy America.

A large component of this is religion. They think Islamists want to turn America into a caliphate run under Sharia Law where they'll be put to the sword if they don't embrace Islam. They believe Liberals want to turn the country into an atheist dictatorship where "good Christian Americans" are rounded up and locked away in FEMA camps.

That's how I see it. I know that I can overlook a lot of people's politics, I do it every day. Heck at the end of the day I'll cruise over to my neighbors garage and shoot the shit over a beer or three. I will concede that conservatives are a little different out here in lalaland as they also partake in Jah's sacrament More often than not we start talking camping, fishin and how cool it is that his job is building satellites for the government. This sickening campaign by the pluto's is killing what little intelligence and morals the honorable opposition had left.

I for one don't have enough friends to just toss them on the trash heap over minor philosophical differences but the right doesn't appear to see it that way anymore. That's too fucking sad.

This is sort of fun, I guess, but it trivializes the real problem with Limbaugh. That's his destructive influence on American social and political discourse.
