If so it doesn't surprize me. Another example of how truely unfair any regulation is to Wall Street, see how trustworthy they are?

I know. Its much more important to spend time and effort watch dogging single mothers so that they don't spend 50 cents worth of food stamps on an unqualified item than it is to go after the Wall Street gangsters that screw people out of billions. After all, they pass on a small percentage of what they steal to elected officials in the form of campaign contributions and perks from lobbyists.

Maybe if the regulators that we already have were doing their jobs instead of watching porn, we'd be in a better position to judge the effectiveness of the regulations that are already in place.
