There is an article in NY Times critical of the Justice Dept. on its lack of
action on Mortgage Fraud.

Wait for it Don . One of the pinheaded will be along shortly to say that the fault lies with the foreclosed upon and that the banks were just providing a service.

Banks were mandated by law Clinton signed to ease loan policies. Banks did not need to worry because the government set up fanny mae to buy the junk.
