Another Ruspigboat joins Putin's magnificent undersea fleet patrolling the bottom of the Black Sea. The 'Cyclone' spins no more after encountering some ATACMs with love from Kiev.

Six soldiers of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation were reportedly killed, and 11 others were injured.
