5 year lobbying ban

I have hopes this will take a good bite out of the crony capitalism dilemma. My biggest concern is that it won't go far enough. In my experience, this issue goes on in many government agencies at many different levels where contracts are awarded based on who/how many former Gov employees get hired by a firm, rather than on best value/service.
