A killing can be very moral. Shooting a person holding a knife to a 3-year-old girl might be a hypothetical example.

But I'm saying justification requires something like that to actually be the case. I'm against officers having the right to shoot you because they imagine you might do something bad in the future.

Thus...no mind reading required. Mine, unlike Zeke's , has not. Melnick offered and provided her services for her fee. If she's required to testify she will. If she is not, she won't. That's how it works. Melnick isn't required to do anything else, regardless of your "shoulding" all over her for no good reason other than your agenda

Power always has plenty of apologists. Power, sort of by definition, makes the outcomes it wants. If I've been sticking to the possibility that the power narrative is in some way bogus, I don't think that's wrong. Especially when there's a dead body in the street.

If I've said something actually unfair or untruthful, please point it out.
