No, it isn't. So quit bitching about people who have it if it is unimportant to you.

If it's not so important, why does the "bitching" bug you so much?

Republican base's mantra, use other peoples money.
Glad yes more then willing to use the peoples money for themselves but for all others it is always unjust uncalled for? If making money is so easy for you then show appreciation and help support the system that allowed this to happen.
Note on use of other peoples money......

I kind of think any person who always uses extreme modifiers to always express there thoughts must be completely short sighted, entirely narrow minded, or as dumb as they come. There are no other possible explanations for their extremely stupid remarks.
get the point yet?

It's not the making of money or running a good business that's the issue, the issue is taking everything for yourself and leaving nothing for anyone else. That's pure unadulterated greed and selfishness.
Is it right that a multibillionaire business owner should have most of his employees living in poverty depending on taxpayer assistance?

If you are rich enough to "pay your own way" and still have a very comfortable life at the level you are currently taxed, YOU HAVE NO NEED OF THE MONEY AND SHOULD THEREFORE......STFU. At that rate your ideology is pointless and ENTIRELY SELF-SERVING to the people you are supposed to represent.
But, of course you will never get that through the thick skull of any conceited, arrogant, holier than thou, "I am so much more deserving than you." Republican.

It's not wealth that is resented, it's the arrogance of entitlement that some assume with it.
I admire successful entrepreneurs, but I also think that doesn't entitle the successful to make a killing on the backs of others, rather than a living with them as fairly compensated employees.

There is a fundamental problem here. It is the duty of a private enterprise to maximize their profits, in the case of publicly traded companies the jobs of the top people depends on this. So in order to keep them on their toes, CEO's get some ridiculous incentives and this in turn makes it imperative that they suck up most of the profits for investors. In private companies there is a bit more leeway, but 'retained profits' is a critical aspect of company valuation and credit rating.

Bitching doesn't bother me. It is people who vote believing that somehow the successful people have taken something from them and they deserve a share of it. Redistribution basically.
Difference between me and most on this forum is that I believe that what I don't have is my own damn fault.
Lot of things I should have done. Actually worked in school and made good grades, gone to med school, gone in to construction business with my father, stuck with tobacco farming.
Coulda, shoulda, and all that.
But, it's on me.
Poor old BlueStreak thinks he is supposed to work in some plant and make big money.
Good luck in the contest.

This would be an example of 'institutionalized greed.' CEOs can disengage from moral responsibility, they are relieved of choice. It works like 'institutionalized racism,' where no one has to be racist, they just have to follow the law and the rules....
Any who actually speak out against any aspect of this, as Warren Buffet did on tax rates, are derided by the conservative propaganda machine.
