Do you think either of the two political parties operating as private clubs ever go for a true popular election. I will bet not since that will do away with the stage managed primaries, using public funds I might add. Worse nightmare yet for the duopoly, this will lead to a third party.

Bernie exposed Hillary's weaknesses which is what a primary is supposed to do, as did Obama on her previous attempt.

Odd you don't seem so upset about Obama taking $400,000 bucks for a speech.

Or did I miss something?

I think Bernie could have won the election had he been permitted to run. I have nothing personal against Hillary. I don't think she's crooked or any of that chatter, but I also don't think she's right for the times. And the democrats don't seem to get it. We need someone to champion the working man, to stand up to the fat cats and say you WILL share the wealth. She will not do that. We need someone to say enough is enough with the cost of heath care and the insurance bullshit, she won't do that. God bless him, even Obama, the best president in recent memory wasn't up to those tasks.

No, you did not miss anything and I am not happy at all that he is following in the Clinton's footsteps accepting megabucks for speaking fees. But then again if he continues to remain a private citizen, which he has so far, then that's capitalism working for him. But if he ever strays into the public arena and/or wades into politics, my opinion will change in a nano second.

But then again this is a deflection for your everlasting support for a loser isn't it?

You really don't think Hillary is a "loser" do you? She has managed to achieve things most people will never be able to achieve.

'Looser' is the bad name of the week. It doesn't have to make sense, it just has to be bad.
