Just think, no more presidential romances and bromances with dictators and despots.
Just think, no more having our president laughed at when addressing the U.N.

The ludicrous emperor/God of the authoritarian far right is still a factor in AZ.
I'd like to see Jeff Flake pick up McCains torch and lead them out of this delusional self-imposed purgatory.

When it still appears highly likely their master would still be top of any GOP ticket today. There seems to be very little hope for the portion of the party still wish to ride this storm out and retake the party.

The Trumpists and the more sane Republicans are stuck with each other. Both know the party goes faces electoral disaster if there's an actual schism. There will be bitter infighting, but they will find a way to agree to disagree about matters of ideology, like whether its at all imiportant if the US remains a democracy or not....

The crazies may have the numbers, and in any case they have an inherent advantage in a game of chicken. McConnell will blink. There will be no 17 Republicans available to convict Trump.

Even though the majority of Americans believe #DiaperDon should be punished for the insurrection attempt the Repukes are afraid of the Republican voters turning on them. Unless there is some sort of criminal conviction that keeps him from running for office again or he flees to avoid said prosecution trump will continue to be the tail that wags the Republican dog. The GOP may have lost the presidency but look for a nasty fight for the midterms.

Oh yeah, no more endless tweets about every idiotic inane thought that percolates out of that dead zone occupying the space between his ears.
