For dog's sake man! He had his hands very full just getting his great healthcare package through. The Repubes fought him every step of the way. It has saved many lives.

His administration also kept several potential pandemics at bay, by doing exactly the things that the current incompetent administration has ignored. He did his best to protect us from pandemics, but again, the despicable Repubes blocked everything he attempted.

Do you honestly think McConnell who swore to do all he could to make Obama a one term president but blocking any legislation Obama presented (ensuring gridlock) that he would allow such legislation to proceed? Do you not think the Republicans in control of Congress at the time would have not cried bloody murder at any legislation brought by the Democrats having significant expenditures?
