The early knowledge that Hillary was going to run inhibited many potential Democratic candidates. Hillary was a "certainty". Plus who wants to offend

Bernie was a side show created by the Democratic Party and he got the attention of progressives like me. There was prevailing Bush fatigue (elitism) and Clinton fatigue (entitlement). The GOP was smart enough not to nominate a Bush, the Democrats were dumb enough to nominate Hillary.

Now a few people here want to blame this on Bernie, so be it. Stupidity begets more stupidity. Someone should write a book 'Why Hillary Lost'. Will only have one page in it and it will say it's the last name stupid.

Hillary without the last name Clinton will not get elected mayor of Chappaquiddick.
