That us what he really wants to avoid. This defamation thing is a civil suit, all he stands to lose is money. But I suspect he was afraid the discovery would uncover evidence of criminality. So he was willing to admit a bunch of stuff, mostly let this case go, to short circuit discovery and maybe keep his tail out of jail.

I think Rudy is going to go through some things.

Just saw this on TV this morning (and there are likely more coming (e.g., Eastman, Klukowski, Chesebro, Jeff Clark)).

And he was sanctioned (along with others) recently by the Arizona courts for all of Kari Lake's nonsense and fined a total (along with others) of $122,200 for all their lies and misrepresentations there.

All of these clowns seem blissfully unaware of the fundamental truism that "All that Trump touches dies."

He only had to pay 10% of that amount, but he is refusing to pay promising to take it all the way to Scotus. What a turd. And he wonders why he has no friends.

Trump supporters' 'warped bizarro world reality' exposed in new survey: political scientist
https://www.rawstory.com/amp/trump-s...340-2662504340

Quote:
Former President Donald Trump's supporters have developed a worldview that is essentially the polar opposite of reality, argued political scientist Brian Klaas in a new Substack article examining the results of a new survey. These results, argued Klaas, give insight into a "warped bizarro world reality" that supporters of the former president has created for himself, even as he is facing criminal prosecution on several fronts.
Sounds like he knows you, eh Whell?
