Bachmann proposes an across-the-board 3% tax hike ...

.... but is too dumb to know it.

Good lord she is an idiot.

The Reagan tax model of the eighties. If anyone even proposed the Reagan tax model in Congress today tea bagger heads would explode.

The big tax cut in 1981 was followed by two big tax increases when Reagan realized that his original tax cut was destroying the economy. This is something W failed to see after his huge tax cuts that started the spiral slide into a terrible recession in 2008. Reagan raised payroll taxes to preserve Social Security. He raised corporate taxes. I hear more tea bagger heads exploding. In total Reagan raised taxes eleven times. KABOOM

Reagan tripled the national budget from 900 billion to three trillion in eight years. BOOM there went another head. Reagan's policies turned the USA into the worlds largest debtor nation before that we where the worlds largest creditor nation.

How can we forget the scandals.

1 Iran-Contra Affair
2 Department of Housing and Urban Development grant rigging
3 Lobbying scandal
4 EPA scandals
5 Inslaw Affair
6 Savings & loan crisis
7 Debategate

The great Ronald Reagan should be on Mount Rushmore...on the backside.

I think Nancy and her astrologers made most of the decisions during the Reagan years.

Bachmanns drivel comes to her from the Jehovah God. Her words not mine.

Never have I seen a more bat shit crazy group of Presidential hopefuls. They have eleven more debates scheduled. All they need to do is stay home and play the first debate over and over eleven more times. Huntsman seems to be the only sane one and they stick him in the South 40 were nobody even sees him. Romney will do and say anything to win the nomination.

Hell no, but he can damn sure propose it and steer it and sign it into law He could have vetoed any of those tax increases. As far as I know he didn't.

While we are on this subject of Presidents not having the power to be a dictator what about Obama. Over 200 Republican Senate filibusters in three years. That is a record.

I like how it's the President's job when you like it, but not his job when you don't. They're "Bush tax cuts" and "Obamacare" but when they run the economy into the ground, it's Congress' fault.
