Payday loan companies had alleged the way CFPB is funded was unconstitutional.

I'm shocked, shocked! that Thomas wrote this opinion. Not surprised at all that Alito and Gorsuch dissented. Great news for Biden and all consumers. Bad news for greedy banks.
