BTW chemicals used in hydraulic fracking are exempted from Clean Water Act--known as Cheney's Loophole.

Im from North Carolina and Duke Energy has contaminated my state. Pat McCrory(Governor for a time and also the Mayor of Charlotte) was the CEO of Duke Energy. So when he was Governor he let Duke Energy off the hook for clean up and gave that bill to the tax-payers.

Republican scumbag. I'd like to cram a lump of coal up his ass.
