Trump’s lawyers fear a Mueller interview. The reason reveals the danger Trump faces.

Quote:

THE MORNING PLUM:

President Trump’s ongoing interactions with special counsel Robert S. Mueller III’s investigation are proceeding on two very different tracks. Even as Trump projects feigned confidence in public, feeding his gullible supporters tweets about how the probe is a “witch hunt” and nothing but a Democratic “hoax,” the behind-the-scenes talks between Trump’s lawyers and Mueller’s investigators betray the opposite of confidence, instead revealing obvious fear of what Mueller has learned so far, and what more he may uncover.

Case in point: Even as Trump brashly called on his attorney general to fire Mueller, the talks unfolding between Trump’s lawyers and Mueller’s team over whether Trump will sit for an interview did not suggest that members of Trump’s team feel as though they’re in a strong position.

The Post’s Carol D. Leonnig reports that Mueller has privately agreed to limit the questions that Trump would be asked in an interview, in order to get him to agree to sit for it:
I am betting that Trump sitting for an interview by Mueller's team will never happen because Mueller is not intimidated my Trump, nor is most of the JD from what we can see. I have this gut feeling that they know a lot more about Trump than they are willing to admit for now. So Trump's fear of Mueller is really the fear the unknown which can be a potent force.

(CNN) - Kristin Davis, the woman famously known as the "Manhattan Madam," met with special counsel Robert Mueller's team for a voluntary interview on Wednesday, according to four sources familiar with the situation.
Investigators appear to be interested in her ties to longtime Donald Trump adviser Roger Stone, whom she has known for a decade. Sources said investigators expressed interest in having Davis testify before a grand jury -- the latest indication that prosecutors are still aiming to build a case against Stone.

Trump's longtime friend and probable conduit for collusion with the Russians thru Wikileaks is a slimeball of the first order.

(CNN) - President Donald Trump is concerned about whether his son Donald Trump Jr. might have exposure in the special counsel's Russia investigation, leading to his increasingly frenzied public agitation over Robert Mueller, sources close to the White House tell CNN.
Trump has been concerned for months now that the Mueller probe could reach his family, and potentially his son-in-law Jared Kushner, but his focus has turned to his namesake in recent weeks, one person who speaks with Trump frequently tells CNN. This is one of several reasons Trump has upped his public attacks on Mueller, because he doesn't want him touching his family, the person adds.
Trump Jr. and his attorney have insisted he has always told the truth.

Junior has always told the truth??? Only Whell believes BS like that.

The Day Trump Told Us There Was Attempted Collusion with Russia

Even Trumpkins as stubbornly and willfully ignorant as Whell can no longer deny it. Donny has admitted it. Lock him up!

(CNN) - President Donald Trump's lawyer, Rudy Giuliani, said Sunday that the President should not testify before special counsel Robert Mueller because "our recollection keeps changing."

So, today Trump admits collusion and Rudy admits to continuously lying about it. And still, Whell buys into the "no collusion" meme.

Here are some of Trump's finest at his recent Ohio rally

So, these "patriotic Americans" would rather be Russian than Democrats?

Here are the words of the preacher (Gary Click, a pastor and member of the Ohio GOP's State Central Committee) during the rally's invocation:

"Tonight, I pray that You will protect our President and his family with a shield of faith, Lord, that shield of faith against the fiery darts of the wicked one, Lord, against that jungle journalism (that) extorts the truth and distorts honesty and integrity every single day, gets in his face with lies and mistruths and innuendos. Lord, protect him."

WTF is wrong with these people?

Collusion is conspiracy, conspiring with a foreign entity to affect an election.

Soon after President Donald Trump admitted on Twitter Sunday that the 2016 meeting between members of his campaign and Russians in Trump Tower “was a meeting to get information on an opponent,” his lawyer, Jay Sekulow, admitted he had “bad information” when he claimed last year that Trump wasn’t involved in crafting a misleading statement about that meeting.

I guess "having bad information" is the latest Trump euphemism for lying.

The country should get up a 'go fund me' and buy these Nazi loving traitors a one way ticket to Siberia.

Our boy Whell and his idiot Trumpkin friends whine incessantly that these stories are "fake news" because they come from anonymous sources. Yet time and again, they are shown to be true, as was this one. Where is Whell? Too ashamed to show his face? Rightfully should be.
