So, by both the dictionary definition and the US Criminal Code, Trump certainly appears to have "stolen" (or if you prefer, unlawfully removed) government property. Why, pray tell, are you insisting otherwise? Is it that you simply can't handle the fact that your Dear Leader is a criminal? It's been readily apparent to anyone with a pulse for over 5 years that Trump is a career criminal.
