I wonder how many of the 70-odd million fools who voted for this despicable piece of human garbage will regret that vote very, very soon?

Probably not many. Whatever #DiaperDon does is OK with them. A#1 for voting against their own best interests. They'll probably expect him to make up for it after he's inaugurated again on Jan 20th

This is a Murdoch-owned Reich-wing rag, telling DiaperDon to give up on his idiotic coup attempt.

but then they go right on pitching Reich-wing Repub nonsense. Stepping back from the Liar-in-Chief for the good of the Republican dream as it were.

Jim Acosta @Acosta
Trump says he signed covid relief package in a statement that includes the kind of lies we would hear in his photo ops. One of the glaring lies is that “the House and Senate have agreed to focus strongly on the very substantial voter fraud...” from the election. (Not true)

Murdoch strikes out at Trump in an effort to avert the danger Trump poses. I'm seeing it as a sign there is a danger to be feared, if Murdoch is afraid.

Journalism - A Dangerous Profession
Generally one can assume that in countries with totalitarian regimes any criticism of the government can lead to imprisonment. Most likely that is the case in Russia, China, Belarus, Turkey, Saudi Arabia and North Korea just to name a few. But the facts say that even in the US journalism has become a more dangerous profession in the past years. Maybe calling the press 'Enemies of the nation' and mean spirited and nasty attacks by Trump toward reporters who dare to criticize his actions are partially to blame. No question that hey have certainly driven up hostility toward journalists. We have seen about 110 reporters criminally charged and over 300 have been assaulted for reporting on the pandemic or Black Lives Matter protests. When we muzzle reporters and threaten them for doing their jobs, we undermine the concept of freedom of speech. One of the core tenets of a thriving democracy. We can't permit that to happen!
