Koran burning

A copy of Koran was burned by a wingnut in Sweden to protest Turkeys opposition to Sweden joining NATO. I don't trust Erdogan nor does Turkey ever plays it straight, but understand they are a strategic ally. Of course, Turkey lodged the usual diplomatic protest but what bothers me here is the comment Saudi Arabia.

Quote:
Several Arab countries including Saudi Arabia, Jordan and Kuwait denounced the Koran-burning. "Saudi Arabia calls for spreading the values of dialogue, tolerance, and coexistence, and rejects hatred and extremism," the Saudi Foreign Ministry said in a statement.
Saudis calling for tolerance and coexistence is in itself laughable, but I am wondering what they would say or do if a Saudi national were to burn a Bible in Riyadh.
