It's not against the rules to shout and no matter how loud, written shouts will not damage the reader's hearing. SHOUT AS OFTEN AND AS LOUD AS YOU WANT!

Thank you and I dont consider using caps shouting.... Its a way to make it stand out more,like something your really trying to say....

How can you "Shout" over the internet?? (Its just text)

Where the cars and trucks of my youth were close to 100% repairable by the owners, along with appliances. Today not so much. Mechanics need a computer to tell them what is wrong. Many a times shot gunning parts to find the right one. Charging all along the part testing.
Appliances when broken are replaced due to it being so close in price.
