Good question. Some people consider speaking a differing philosophical opinion as a "terrorist act". Others call the cop that (justifiably) gave them a speeding ticket a "jack booted government thug".

The map means nothing. There's no timeline to go along with geographics. There's no indication of ideological affiliation for any of it. Calling it some sort of tracking of "liberal terrorism" is worse than stupid.
