Anglicism, found in German usage, might be called Deutschlisch.

"Deutschlisch" is the term "doppelganger" (correctly spelled: "Doppelgänger") which bobabode used in one of his latest comments.

"Franglais" would be a not very often used term, because the French are so proud of their language that they hardly pollute it with words from foreign languages.
