As I had posted elsewhere, the entire MAGA act is for self serving needs. Its a cash cow for the Repugnants at every level of politics, all they need to use is the appropriate buzz words and send out mailers. These are some of the dimwitted ones like the group which raised money for the wall and got caught. In fact the intent of performance politics is to raise copious amounts of money from their dimwitted base. They are being fleeced worse than some of the churches.

We are getting caught up in their politics while there is none since there is no attempt to govern. This is all give me some money,more money, even more.

Rep. Carolina Amesty, who touted her success as a business owner and educator in her campaign for the Florida House last year, filed false information with the state about her family’s small Christian university, claimed to run a thriving restaurant that actually was closed and failed to ensure taxes were paid on the $1.3 million home she lived in, an Orlando Sentinel investigation found.

Central Christian, an unaccredited school in Pine Hills, is run by Amesty, 28, and her father. It operates out of a former church building that seemed nearly deserted during four visits by Sentinel reporters and had a broken window on their last visit in mid-July.

The university has not paid the 2022 property tax bill on its upscale Mediterranean-style house where Amesty lived and now owes Orange County more than $18,000 in taxes and late fees.

This spring, Amesty also failed to pay the property taxes on the shuttered fast-food chicken restaurant she owns, so for three months the Orlando restaurant called Pollo Juan and the university owed the county more than $37,000.

AUSTIN — Ken Paxton gave Nate Paul “unfettered access” to the Texas Attorney General’s office that the developer “harnessed to harass his enemies,” according to new details in a series of documents filed by House impeachment managers on Tuesday.

Paxton repeatedly abused his power to help Paul fight a federal investigation into his businesses and then masked his behavior by using burner phones and a secret personal email address, according to the managers, who will argue in a trial next month that Paxton should be removed from office.

The managers provided new evidence they said shows Paul bribed Paxton by remodeling his home and facilitated Paxton’s alleged extramarital affair by creating a fake Uber account he could use to visit the woman at her Austin condo. All of this occurred as the attorney general’s top staff repeatedly urged him to cut ties with Paul, who they perceived as a “con man” attempting to use Paxton and the agency for his own personal benefit, the managers wrote.
