I hope Merrick Garland throws the book at tRump. Indictments for every crime. Give him no chance to weasel his way out of one or two charges.

The Supreme Court on Thursday refused to reinstate Judge Aileen Cannon’s order that a special master review classified documents taken in an FBI search of Mar-a-Lago, Donald Trump’s Florida home and private club. There were no noted dissents.

SCOTUS just turned down the rancid Orange Marmalade's latest stall tactic.

Justice Dept. asks appeals court to end Mar-a-Lago special master
Prosecutors said the unclassified documents seized at Mar-a-Lago also are critical to their classified-documents investigation

Shut this corrupt Federalist judge that Donny judge-shopped for down. Shut her down hard! She's such an embarrassment to our system of justice.

McCarthy Distorts Facts About DOJ Search of Mar-a-Lago
https://www.factcheck.org/2023/01/mc...of-mar-a-lago/
Lying about everything is what everyone in Whell's World does, 24/7.
Quote:
In questioning why the FBI “raid[ed] President Trump,” House Speaker Kevin McCarthy falsely claimed that government officials “could have come and taken” classified government documents stored at Donald Trump’s private club and residence in Florida “any time they wanted.”
In fact, FBI agents visited Mar-a-Lago on June 3, but a Trump lawyer refused to allow them to review — let alone take — dozens of boxes from the Trump White House that were being kept in a storage area. That incident was one of several factors that ultimately led the Department of Justice to obtain a court-approved search warrant on Aug. 5 to “raid President Trump” after many months of stonewalling.

That's the latest bit of revisionist history the Reich-wing has come up with. Also in this scenario, the Feds asked them (tRump's people) to put a padlock on the room and that the Secret Service was guarding them, SMH.

Washington (CNN) — A binder containing highly classified information related to Russian election interference went missing at the end of Donald Trump’s presidency, raising alarms among intelligence officials that some of the most closely guarded national security secrets from the US and its allies could be exposed, sources familiar with the matter told CNN.
The binder contained raw intelligence the US and its NATO allies collected on Russians and Russian agents, including sources and methods that informed the US government’s assessment that Russian President Vladimir Putin sought to help Trump win the 2016 election, sources tell CNN.
The intelligence was so sensitive that lawmakers and congressional aides with top secret security clearances were able to review the material only at CIA headquarters in Langley, Virginia, where their work scrutinizing it was itself kept in a locked safe...
The binder was last seen at the White House during Trump’s final days in office.

Turns out the FBI missed a couple of rooms/storage spaces at Maga Lardo. You'd think the FBI would know to measure the exterior against the interior so as to discover any voids, priest holes or other skullduggery. What the hell do they teach these clowns in Quantico?
