Hope that the GOP members of Congress all get a case of the runs standing around and do nothing about the Trump spectacle.
He's really good at bankruptcies. He's actively bankrupting whatever morality/humanity the GOP had. Couldn't happen to a more deserving bunch. When he said "Only I can do it," I think he was right. Bravo to our Pariah President.

I'm thinking the GOP was already bankrupt which is why/how he won their candidacy. That he won the election is also a reflection of this in addition to showing that the Electoral College is a relic of our past long overdue for a major overhaul.

You know, a quick Amendment 25 solution suddenly looks a lot more possible than it did a week ago. The process is not neat, however: http://theweek.com/articles/718950/c...mp-from-office

Hardest part would be getting that 2/3 majority in the House. I did the math. Would take all the Democrats, plus 40% of the Republicans.

POTUS is headed to Camp David Duke. Plenty of clean white sheets.

No, the 25th admendment is meant to be implemented due to medical impairment or incapacity to carry out duties. Don't allow politics to come into play here, it will set a precedent all will rue.

Trump never was capable of being President.

The clean way is to impeach him, or to ensure his varied business enterprises crash and burn financially. He will resign when the balance sheet pivots upside down.

As you say, Trump is incapable. Can't do the job is can't do the job. Don't think this would be a misuse of the 25th.

The great advantage is that unlike impeachment, the House does not have to initiate the 25th. Assuming the generals and the bankers of the cabinet decide enough is too much, among themselves, they can get the ball rolling, without initial public debate.

The disadvantage is that 2/3 nut in the House. With impeachment, 50%+1 does the job there.

Still think Pence would be worse. Much worse.

He'd certainly be no picnic. More politically destructive--he'd likely mess up social programs and taxes a bunch, with actual ability to get things passed. Less destructive of trade, less chance of big new war. Less morally destructive--less corrupt and less corrupting, not an anti-president on twitter, no aid and comfort to nazis. Prob less likely to tear down the EPA....

Trump is mercifully incompetent and fun to laugh at. Pence? Not so much.
