Session's stonewalling session
Too defiant, too arrogant and very dismissive to be telling the truth. He is attacking back is just like Dear Leader who has been proven to be 80% lies.

Here is one of the comments from the WaPo analysis on Sessions session in front of the Senate Intelligence Committe that made me chuckle.

With all the memory lapses, Sessions sounded like a pothead. Oh the irony.

Appropriate quote, wrong Nazi. "I know nothing" was the signature line of John Banner, playing the redoubtable Sgt. Schultz:
But I can see why you went for Henry Gibson playing the 'Illinois Nazi' from "The Blues Brothers." The resemblance to Sessions is uncanny....

When I see Sessions, he seems like the love child of Henry Gibson and Barney Fife.

Kamala Harris Is (Again) Interrupted While Pressing a Senate Witness
Quote:
Here is a partial transcript of Ms. Harris’s exchange with Mr. Sessions.
HARRIS: “Is that policy in writing somewhere?”
SESSIONS: “I think so.”
HARRIS: “So did you not consult it before you came before this committee knowing we would ask you questions about that?”
SESSIONS: “Well, we talked about it. The policy is based ...”
HARRIS: “Did you ask that it would be shown to you?”
SESSIONS: “The policy is based on the principle that the president …”
HARRIS: “Sir, I’m not asking about the principle. I am asking, when you knew you would be asked these questions and you would rely on that policy, did you not ask your staff to show you the policy that would be the basis for you refusing to answer the majority of questions that have been asked of you?”
McCAIN: “Chairman, the witness should be allowed to answer the question.”
BURR: “Senators will allow the chair to control the hearing. Senator Harris, let him answer.”
|
Seems like sexism and racism are both in play here and quite surprised at McCain, after all he picked Ms. Palin as his runningmate.
Here is one of Jeff Sessions answer to Ms. Harris:
“I’m not able to be rushed this fast,” a visibly flustered Mr. Sessions said to Ms. Harris at one point. “It makes me nervous.”
Like allow me time to think up evasive answers?

The junior senator from my state sure made the little weasel squirm, lol. McCain and the rest of the privileged old white boys were upset, but she won't back down. She has a very bright future in politics.
