To Trump, any postponement is a win. He gets to hold on to the money and more time to bitch and moan about it while the judgements get typically reduced in time, more if this can be prolonged. Look at the Jack Smith case, Trump's attorneys and MAGAts are already celebrating in anticipation that this case will not be heard until after the elections.
