$2 Billion in Tax subsidies for early retiree health care

I'm basically tired of and opposed to all forms of subsidies for this or anything else. I don't like the idea of Congress (or the Administration) trying to manage public or corporate behaviour through the tax code.

This one is no more right (or wrong) than all the rest of them IMHO.
