Emmanuel talking of "Chicago Values?" Come on, Chicago has values like murder, mayhem, and corruption. Think of how the left would respond if a conservative mayor made such silly statements regarding a liberal led business.
C'mon BH. Scarface has been dead many a year and it's the 21st century!!
Not that anyone actually believes that Chicagoans and or Mayor Emmanuel hold those values you speak of. Hyperbole aside... sheesh! Bad day?

Personally I don't have much respect for someone who donates for or against this issue when there are so many illnesses that need money to find cures for.

Me too. I think the Gay population can afford this fight on their own.
Help kids, animals, the sick, hungry, or something like that.

Commies!
See post #10. I certainly have respect for Amazon, Chick Fil A? Not so much.
This thread was about the difference between these two ideaology. On one hand you have the anti equal rights faction being supported by Chick Fil A on the other you have Amazon supporting constitutionally protected equal rights.
Feel free to disagree, I also support the first amendment. If you think these folks private money should be spent on medical research instead of protecting equal rights the point could be made that you're advocating communism and have a penchant for being anti capitalism.

You know it might have been better all around if Plymouth Rock had landed on the Pilgrims. I have never seen a more sexually twisted society in all my life. I guess it never occured to anyone that gay and lesbian people just prefer each other's company to that of the opposite sex. No one chooses that lifestyle, unless they are masochists, it is just a bad wiring job by their Maker. Or did you all get married just for sex? If so I would be damn careful about letting your partners in on that secret.

Ah now, c'mon Jack, haven't you ever been relaxing on a beach when you see a guy with a hairy ass run by in a speedo and thought; "Damn, I'd like to have me some of that"?
