No, I'm not. But I would not use the word "belief." I am saying that if I have not seen evidence then how I would I know that something exists?

The only other way to proceed is assume that everything exists (even things you are unaware of) and that everything is true (including contradictions) until proven not to be. How do you think that would work?

How do you explain my belief in the Christian concept of God ?

Many people claim that it is a story fabricated by human minds, a 'psychological construct'. A fairy tell, or whatever. And affirmations are delusion, or mass hysteria. That I can understand (and disagree with).
