This was on last night's news. Air BnBers turned squatters in Watsonville.

Welcome to the new America!
Quite commonplace in Hispanic neighborhoods in San Jose and do not know if this is widespread. It's not legal and that I do know.

I was in Palo Alto earlier today at a Honda dealership and as I was waiting browsed through a real estate guide and simple 3 BR homes in the $2 Mil range! Wow.

Also mostly Hispanics up here and the folks living in the garages often seem to be relatives and often recently arrived.

How many Americans are living in storage units? I had an alcoholic client one time who was living in a friend's storage shed out in the backyard. He reported that the winters were pretty rough.
