Looks like the citizens are out being seen cleaning up the mess. It is a sad thing but has to be expected. The TPers pride themselves on a history of destructive rioting, no?
More than anything I feel for the business owners that lost it all and the good citizens that will not have the services of that business that won't be rebuilt. Only a bombed out storefront and an absentee landlord who could care less remain.

I would have thought they would have blamed it all on Sharpton. After all, wasn't he breathing air when all this mess started?

The gangs of Baltimore have always been great rioters.
Your last sentence seems to be an effort to trivialize these riots and to cast the reasons behind them in a negative light. I was in both Washington and Baltimore performing riot duty during the MLK riots. I can assure you that the reasons behind them were anything but trivial.

'~Those people~ are rioting again' seems to be what many people are taking away from it.

Good gun-buying signal. Business will benefit across the land.

I guess not.

3/4 of the arrests in Oakland were not citizens of Oakland. Just sayin'

It's always struck me as odd that humans rioting due to adversarial relationships with law enforcement fail to realize all they're doing is validating the need for diligent protection of officer safety.

Even if these loons had an argument, they just killed it.

I suppose that's why most inner cities are basically "free fire zones" for the cops. It's the "law enforcement" version of the Bush Doctrine.

Regarding the media reports that Baltimore gangs have made a truce with one another to make war on the police (for which there is no actual evidence), it appears that something quite different is occurring. What's beginning to come to light is the fact that the gangs are actually working together to protect the public and also the media from the more violent rioters. There are reports of gang members, wearing colors, escorting reporters through the riot zone and protecting people and their homes from harm.

Cute.

1. Mistreat people.
2. People riot.
3. Claim mistreatment justified by riot.

exactly, I was wondering when people were gonna start to be honest about this.

Early yesterday a few reporters noted this but it never got repeated by the studio talking heads.
