why don't reporters just say to Jindal and that dirt bag women in SC that they are supporting racism by not demanded it be taken down. Why doesn't a reporters say to these people that this is the time for tough gun laws, why are you letting the radicals call the shots?

Display of the Confederate Flag is not IMO protected by the constitution.

I submit that the Free Speech guarantee does not apply to the display of symbol of armed rebellion against the United States Government.
