One reason I asked for a philosophy category awhile back. Some things just don't belong in the government sphere:

Marriage - want to marry a turnip? I don't care.

Drugs - use them all, your funeral. Empty the prisons - graveyards cheaper.

Religion - worship the almighty Pop Tart, just don't tell me I have to or cut off my head when I eat one.
