There is absolutely no comparison between what Biden is accused of and what Trump's company was doing while Trump was president, you obfuscating Biden spear-catcher. Bringing up the fact that Trump's business, which was earning income internationally before, during, and after Trump's presidency, is simply a way for you and others - including the fools at WaPo - is an attempt to try to draw a false moral equivalence that only the truly intellectually challenged would fall for.
Have fun with that.

There are several distinct differences. First, there is simply no hard evidence that Joe Biden did anything untoward, yet a NY court has adjudicated that Trump has been a persistent business fraud for years (and perfectly willing to continue his fraudulent practices even while President). And secondly, the emoluments clause does not make exceptions for the income of corrupt businessmen (and the emoluments clause did not apply to Biden when he was out of government). Indeed, a great deal of Trump's emoluments derived from properties (e.g., the DC Trump hotel) acquired through fraudulent business practices.
And now that we find out that Trump enriched himself by ~$8 million in foreign money while president (prohibited by the Constitution without specific Congressional consent) and that this only represents the first 2 years of his presidency, 4 of his 500 business entities and 20 of 191 nations. IOW, this $8 million is the tip of the iceberg, yet your boy, Comer Pyle, deliberately halted any investigation into it (or Kushner's $2 billion).
In contrast, Hunter Biden (and by extension Joe Biden) has been thoroughly investigated by DOJ for 5 years (with nary a whimper of "witch hunt" or accusations of weaponization by Trump's DOJ (who initiated the investigation and had a record of weaponization (the Durham investigation)) with no criminal behavior from Joe Biden alleged (for that matter, Comer hasn't even alleged any specific criminal behavior by Joe Biden).
You are such a credulous MAGAMoron that you're simply incapable of realizing that Comer's folly is nothing other than a dishonest, ham-handed attempt to create some Biden equivalency to Trump's rampant criminality. Abe Lincoln (and P.T. Barnum) were right about people like you - you can indeed fool some of the people all of the time.

From another post of mine.

The worst waste of time is arguing with the fool and fanatic who does not care about truth or reality but only the victory of his beliefs and illusions. There are people who no matter how much evidence we present to them, are not in the capacity to understand. And others are blinded by ego, hatred and resentment and all they want to be is right even though they are not.

This post simply documents your failure to back up your assertions plus failure to understand plain English. Sux to be you.

Give me a break.
Let me ask you a question. In every criminal trial where the defendant is found guilty, did the prosecution have absolute proof of the perp's guilt? The perp caught on video? A video taped admission?
I'll help you here: the answer is a hard "no". Its up to the prosecution to put together evidence sufficient for an indictment - a relatively low threshold - an ultimately convince a jury beyond a reasonable doubt - a much higher standard.
Is there evidence of ethical lapses in the Biden case? Absolutely. But then, we're talking about DC, where ethics are optional.
Is there evidence sufficient for an indictment? If Biden were an "average Joe", there might be. I'm not an attorney, this is speculative.
Is there evidence beyond a reasonable doubt? Nope.
Of course, you know all this I suspect. That's why your post above is nonsensical.

From a person who constantly posts half truths and outright out lies.
In my opinion, you are a failure as a human being. We all have differing political opinions, but most people do not lie to prove their point. But you do.

The fact that you are unable to admit to the very clear evidence presented says a lot about your (lack of) reading comprehension, bucko.
