Sheesh, dumbass Murrican football, what a racket.
I'm getting very close to complete agreement regarding the NFL. I much prefer the Washington Nationals to the Redskins and generally watch more European soccer than American football. I much prefer college football to pro football, just as I much prefer college hoops to the NBA.

I'm saying I think Montana has a point, and Kapernick's performance of late backs it up.

The Ravens have a franchise QB, and I doubt Kaepernick is a fit for the Raven's offense. Kaepernick would have been an expensive insurance policy against Joe Flacco missing time early in the season, an insurance policy they turned out not to need.

By week 4 or 5 there will be at least 2 or 3 teams that are willing to take another look at him, and he might even find his way onto the field at some point this season. But if / when he plays, his on-field performance will be more likely to remind folks of Scott Tolzien week 1 2017 as opposed to any game he played in the 2012 season.

Mebbe I'd care if a check showed up when I paid attention to whatever it was. Otherwise, I didn't go to the school, live there, or know any of the players.
