I have maintained on this site that Clinton opened the window through which Trump climbed.
What I did not know was that they both used the lolita plane.

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez @AOC
Mr. President*, the country I “come from,” & the country we all swear to, is the United States.
But given how you’ve destroyed our border with inhumane camps, all at a benefit to you & the corps who profit off them, you are absolutely right about the corruption laid at your feet.

So interesting to see “Progressive” Democrat Congresswomen, who originally came from countries whose governments are a complete and total catastrophe, the worst, most corrupt and inept anywhere in the world (if they even have a functioning government at all), now loudly......

Today's Borowitz report, with some revisions introduced by myself (thought I'd punch it up a little....)
Quote:
WASHINGTON (The Borowitz-based Report)—Four Democratic congresswomen issued a brief statement on Monday urging President Donald Trump to go back to Russia and improve the "complete and total catastrophe" in that country.
In the tersely worded statement, the four lawmakers—Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, of New York; Ilhan Omar, of Minnesota; Ayanna Pressley, of Massachusetts; and Rashida Tlaib, of Michigan—indicated that Russia was the "worst, most corrupt and viciously-led nation anywhere," and required Trump’s immediate attention.
The statement went on to suggest that, if Trump fixed the problems plaguing Russia, he could return to the United States and “show us how.” This would be assuming he didn't succumb to any of the unfortunate incidents that seem to affect would-be reformers there, and also that he didn't feel so at home there he'd choose to stay.
In a tweet, Trump mocked the congresswomen, contrasting them with the “real revolutionaries” honored over the weekend on Bastille Day. “In 1789, these brave people stormed Louis XVI’s airports,” he wrote.

Excellent essay, not that Trumpkins care, or will ever read it, as the ignorant fools don't read.

It's been publically admitted that errors are purposefully included in Trump's tweets--his base likes them. Along the same line, don't make the mistake of thinking Trump drafts his own stuff

And, what's the operating principle behind that?
It's comforting for them to know their president is an ignoramus too.
That's great to know, isn't it?

Watching the Nazification of a formerly idealistically goaled nation is disspiriting in the extreme, and with an inept bombastic narcissistic babbling nitwit as its figurehead tragically humiliating.
Who will be the "shining light on the hill" with the U.S. decending into self-inflicted third world ethical squalour by choice, if things don't drastically change for the better?
