I have one of their facilities down the street. It's absolutely crazy during the holidays requiring rerouting traffic & police watching over all of the mayhem 24/7.

Maybe they're crazy. Back before I went to counselor school when I was the VP of purchasing for the packaging company, all I ever needed to hear from the management of one of my suppliers was that their sales force was available 24/7...and I was out looking for different suppliers.
