Its not as much fun as Dominion beating FOX...

...but it's plenty fun enough.

Quote:
An arbitration panel ordered MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell to pay $5 million within 30 days to a Nevada software developer for proving Lindell was wrong in his claim that certain data was related to the 2020 presidential election and purported voting machine fraud. CNBC 4/20/23
Lindell says he's going to "fight this terrible decision" but he contractually agreed to the judgement of the panel. So Mike the crack junkie is shit outta luck.

A $1.3 billion suit filed by Dominion against Lindell is pending. Theres no reason why the outcome should be any different from the outcome in the FOX suit. Lindell is worth abiut $50 million. So...buh, bye, Mike.

I spoke to a friend who is an attorney and he said the same thing, Pillow guy will lose in court since this is a simple case of breach of contract.

OTOH, the Dominion case is not slated till mid 2024 at the earliest. That's a lot of time to fluff some more pillows.

I'm going to sue the bastard, because he's been selling my pillows all along.

Those are MyPillows, buddy. Not yours.

It may not even make it to court. The "Prove Mike Wrong" campaign's rules for the contest specifically called for arbitration by the group who performed the arbitration.

For guys like him even a loss is a victory. Look for fundraising to "fight the injustice" to begin any time now. Anything else would be admitting that he was full of malarkey from the start.

I suppose he can try to challenge the contest rules and the decision of the arbitration panel. I dont see much chance of that working for him...it was his contest and his rules, no?

But I believe Dominion is suing him for defamation, $1.3 billion was reported on CNBC. That may not get to trial even next year. But when it does neither Lindell or his business can cover that number or the settlement that Dominion got from FOX. Lindell's net worth is about $50 million and the business is valued at $170 million. If he doesnt win stick a fork in him, he's done.
