I have been aware of this bill for some time as there is a group on thr net devoted to getting an amendment to the Constitution that would roll back Citizens United as well as the assinine idea that money is speech.

Every since Alito replaced Sandra day O'Connor the court has gone down the toilet. She has more intellect in her little finger than Alito will ever acquire.
