I've never met Al Franken but he's always seemed pretty level headed to me. Why don't you trust him? Did he screw you on your mortgage?

No, see a true conservative would trust someone who screwed him on his mortgage, so long as they aren't connected to the government. See, the government attempting to regulate the creeps who routinely go around screwing people, is an affront to a creeps right to run his business, (ripping people off), as he sees fit. So, regulation must be opposed wherever possible and anyone who attempts to sue the aforementioned creeps must be accused of "Just trying to get free money!"----from the creeps who rip people off. This way, there will be less creeps running around ripping people off...........Yeah, I know.

Personally, I don't see how this works in the favor of anyone but unethical businessmen. But, then I'm just a stupid "libtard", so what do I know?

Dave

Now comes the rub. I'd trust Al Franken to put something like this together about as far as I could throw you. I'd pro'ly say the same for just about any of the inside the beltway crowd. Putting a politician in charge of determining how much money, power and influence comes their way is like putting a fox in charge of the hen house.
Thanks for the non answer, I guess I'll have to be content with that. Don't sell yourself short buddy, at 175 lbs. in my birthday suit, dripping wet, I'll bet you could give me a good toss...
