It seems pretty clear that by the time Alf came out, your were already depraved beyond redemption. I say that with the utmost respect.

Southpark and Family Guy are shows I would never watch from what little I have seen of their contant. Probably both are on FOX and we do not watch that network. As for Wally World I was at one of our bigger malls when a lady stopped me and asked if I could direct her to Wallmart. Whe I replied that I had no idea where it was and no intention of ever finding out you should have seen the look on her face.

Poor Newton Minnow, from being a vast wasteland much TV has become an open sewer.

I got kicked out of the family room, mom would say 'it's a nice day, go outside' and turn off the tv.

Of course watching such absolute filth as Andy Griffin or Happy Days or the Three Stooges really turned me into the hardened man I am today

For some reason the left has a soft spot for businesses as long as they huck filth at kids TV, radio, movies, games.... because freedom of speech means always having a horse/woman magazine handy.

Now, not only will the feds require a porn shop on your neighborhood corner, they'll let your kids buy there too, whether you like it or not. Bless the feds and their violence and porn fetish.

And it was a direct vote of the people.

Pete

PS flac, how about: "I tell you what it is. It's your quote un-quote pollution control. I heard on talk radio you don't even need 'em. It's just the latest nazi government plot. Open your eyes, man, they're trying to control Global Warming. Get it Global. That's code for UN commissars telling Americans what the temperature's going to be in our outdoors. I say let the world warm up. Let's see what Boutros Boutros Ghali Ghali has to say about that. We'll grow oranges in Alaska!"

That hillbilly - was my "last stand". Had huge arguments with the wife about it. Sitting down as a family for dinner was an immovable post for me. At least MOST days of the week. And since I'm the food buyer and cook, it was also a discipline I wanted to enforce so that we could eat healthier.

You give up on those "golden hours" and everything goes anarchy...

If you wanted to bail on dinner --- the chef required 4 hours notice..

You are such a snob...

Not sure what prompted this Pete:

But I LOVE the spirit!!!!
The only goal the UN has with global warming is to reach into your wallet and give it to the drowning folks on Vanuatu (Survivor) islands.. Don't get me started on climate change. One of my favorite tech subjects..

Gotta love the way you righties always know what the left is thinking, guess y'all were looking in the mirror when you jumped to those conclusions. Seeing as how it was all the righties in the Robert's Court that said game makers can sell pornographic games to kids and it was the Californians (lefties) who wanted it stopped.I just hope y'all have your gloves labelled else you will get them on the wrong hands.

In fairness Rob a lot of righties have jumped on the 'porn is free speech' and 'kids have rights' bandwagon too. But the left is usually so anti-big business I couldn't pass it up

Flac, that's in reference to King of the Hill - The Honorable Dale Gribble. "I thank my father every day for all the tricks he played on me. He taught me the most wonderful lesson a child can learn: Never trust nobody. That's how I know Bob Dole's faking that dead arm."
