Freedom lovin' Americans

Why do teabaggers think that only Americans live in a free country and feel the need to identify themselves as "freedom lonin'?"

This is a big part of their very non specific war cry, but what on earth is it based on?

There are more free countries in the world than not and what the heck is their definition of free?

That's fine but why do Americana, particularly on the right feel that they have freedoms that are special or unique?

Are they just unaware?

My admittedly minor exposure to other countries shows a more rigid class structure.
