Pete, I looked at the letter again. There was no signature, no attribution to any organization. Are you asserting that anyone who criticizes the right wing must be a democratic operative? That seems like a huge stretch to me. Kind of like saying the the entire GOP wants to eliminate Social Security, simply because one candidate advocated it. I would think a senate candidate would even be more qualified to be labeled a GOP operative than an anonymous letter writer. The evidence to support your assertion appears to be sorely lacking. Wouldn't you agree that the writer was not a Democratic operative?
